226 Great Western Rd, Glasgow G4 9EJ.
The Wintersgills is a proudly local, community-driven pub nestled on Great Western Road, brimming with charm and old-school character. With striking art deco features and a colourful past: once owned by Celtic legend Jim Brogan, it's a welcoming spot for regulars, newcomers, and Sub Crawl survivors alike.
There’s live music every Saturday night, plus a packed weekly line-up including a pool tournament, quiz night, open mic, and a laid-back jam session for musicians of all levels. Football fans are right at home too, with live games on screen and a matchday bus for Celtic games; though all supporters are welcomed with a smile (and a pint).
Whether you're here for the tunes, the banter, or just a decent pint in good company, The Wintersgills delivers the goods.
