155 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BJ

Drouthy’s is a well-loved city-centre gem tucked just off George Square. It is a cosy bolthole with bags of character that’s been welcoming thirsty Glaswegians since 1848.

It’s the kind of pub where regulars know your name, the staff serve up banter with your pint, and the atmosphere hits just right, whether you’re diving into comfort food, catching the game on one of the many TVs, or belting out karaoke at the weekend.

Now adding to its charm, Drouthy’s has been turning up the volume on Mondays with a live music night from 7pm, bringing a fresh buzz to the start of the week.

From matchdays to music nights, lazy lunches to late-night singalongs, Drouthy’s delivers the goods with good craic, great grub, and no shortage of heart.

More About drouthy’s

for musicians

  • Live Music Every Monday night from 7pm to 9pm.

Solo Acts only, due to space.

  • This pub is just off George Square so there isn’t much on-street parking available.

Also, in the Low Emission Zone.

  • To the left of the entrance, in front of the booth in the window (which should be cleared).

Leave your stuff at the window. The floor staff may need on the till behind you, not ideal, but they will limit disruption as much as possible.

  • There is a PA on-site, I haven’t personally tested it but it is usable.

There is also a plug in point to the pub’s main speakers.

  • Please email your invoice to alex@brassnecklive.com after the performance.

The Concur request will be set up straight away and the fee will be paid as soon as it is received.

  • Performers are welcome to water, tea or coffee.

    Just ask the staff.

  • This pub loves its karaoke so any singalongs will have the staff joining in.

Popular hits and Scottish tunes will go down well.
